Not really no, as far as I can remember nothing really links any of the DLCs together. A lot of questions seem to be left unanswered throughout the whole game. The grimore is gunna be your best bet for the story and connecting everything, there's a lot to read though.

thank you for the replay, i have more questions if you don't mind . i found in youtube a cutscene were petra talk about the guardian taking out a hive prince and welcome you in the reef,also another cutscene that shows the queen servants dead, is that still in the game? cuz i dont recall seeing it.

No worries. Not 100% on the Petra part, the queens part is the opening scene for the taken king I believe, if it's the same scene I'm thinking of.
