I like the ninjas. Contrary to what people say, I think that they do a good job. When you don't abide by the rules, you get banned.

No you don't though. That's the problem. You get banned for innocence and you don't get banned for being genuinely offensive.

The proof is literally everywhere. Go into any thread here. People will be saying "retard" and using autism as an insult everywhere with no action taken. Meanwhile, Mad Max was banned for saying "goofus" and others have been banned for bypassing the swearing filter.

People often get banned for using autism as an insult. You just don't see them get banned because the comment goes away after they've been banned for it. I agree that being banned for calling someone a goofus is ridiculous, but that's not for me to judge.

I often see the comment remain as long as the post it is in response to. Plus, if it was bannable, it would be a much rarer occurence. For instance - people now using the phrase "you know the resticle" because the original comment is known to be bannable.

Not fixed. Unfortunately, we live in a society where everyone thing is deemed offensive now. I've said things that contradict some Ninja's views, but I've never been forum banned.
