Before Destiny came out Bungie lied to us and completely drove the game away from its original concept. Bungie could have done so much better - many including me viewed it as a failure when it launched. You should've seen the forums then... Every subforum full of threads of people wondering how Bungie -blam!-ed it up big time. Destiny was and is not the game I wanted it to be (and the one it was supposed to be). I don't think Destiny 2 will be much better. I should also mention how ridiculous and alienating the game's dlc system was. If you didn't buy the overpriced DLC that added barely any content you were locked from much of Destiny's activities. What I find a joke is the fact that Bungie already have DLC planned when the game is still months from release. Seriously, what the -blam!-. Although I despised SWBF EA, it looks like Dice has listened to the community and are going to add things the community complained to be missing from the originals. SWBF2 could be promising as Dice actually listens to its community.

Most games have dlc planned before release, I don't understand why people only mention Destiny for this. As for over priced dlc, I'd honestly say that's a matter of opinion, I didn't think it was over priced compared to other dlcs. For instance Destiny base game was £40 first 2 dlcs were £35 together, TTK £40 and ROI £25. So from 2014 to present it cost me a total £140. Now look at say COD, they bring a game out every year which is around £50 then the season pass at £40, so in the lifespan of Destiny there would've been 3 COD games totalling £270. Nearly double the Destiny price. Granted yes that 3 games VS 1 game. Even Forza games with there monthly car packs feel more of a cash grab to me. Anyhow as I said it's opinions, yours while valid I disagree with. I do hope Destiny 2 will improve on the 1st 1 as I've spent many hours on the 1st game and enjoyed all off it

That's why I am waiting like a year or so for Destiny 2 when it's cheaper or they have a bundle like TTK. Battlefront 2 EA already seems like it's going to be better than the first and we've only seen a single trailer.
