ah during the house of wolves they called that pulse the aegis of the kell i had a shit roll on one but it was the elemental primary version that dropped from hard mode skolas it is the same archetype as hawksaw partyfavor and other 7 impact 73 ROF pulse rifles mine from HOW had a shit roll, im glad to know you can get it form challenge of elders, i got all three exotics but i havent got any of the POE legendaries to drop... i guess maybe they are rewards for house of judgement bounties or completed sigils...
