I hate that tactic, especially in those movies where you have a good hearted protagonist and then he/she falls for that

I think I remember a movie, when some CIA guy rescues a woman and a child from a terrorist, but it turns out the woman was the terrorist's wife, and it was all just an elaborate ploy to sneak a bomb into the CIA headquarters using the child's toy. I can't remember the name of this movie, tho
