Ok... I know volt prime doesnt have nearly as much need for efficiency... But 90%? Why? Thats too low even for a volt prime

Higher strength. Gotta go fast

While that is true, if combine base sprint speed with power strength, plus decent efficiency. You will get better overal results. Plus, building for speed alone kills volt prime's already abysmal survivability

Yes and no. Full speed that im at. The only thing I gotta worry about is aoe attacks or getting stuck in a group. 1.57 sprint speed with 272% strength and 28 energy per use really isn't that bad.

yes and no, i altered my volt's build for higher power strength and noticed a difference, i havnt gotten around to trying the full build

I have another build that is a bit more survivable but at the cost of base sprint speed

Mine sacrifises a bit of strength for increased armor if i remember correctly... I dont have my xone on atm so i cant check

I have another build that has negative strength, high duration and high range so I can cc really well
