I haven't played stormcaller since the melee nerf but arcbolt/melee combo with claws on a stormcaller felt very powerful when I used it. Arcbolt a group, melee one gets a kill, melee two gets a kill, your already on top everything else is just icing on the cake. I'd definitely put it above sunsinger.
