IMO Mida made it difficult to buff scouts without making Mida rule crucible. I wouldn't say Mida is OP but it should be brought down a few notches for competitive alligment. How I would nerf / balance Reduce reload, equip speed, and aim assistance by 35%. Currently Reload = 100 Equip speed =100 AA = 90. That's way to good considering it has a healthy magazine size and one of the few exotics that it's exotic perks is activated Automatically, and can be useful even when not firing the gun. 35% reduction in these stats make the Mida more well rounded, especially against the other scout rifles.

It's pretty difficult to land decent shots close up but as others have said the name multi tool implies exactly that.
