I just wish the roll the armor has changed weekly, so when you took it out of the book it'd be something different

The ammos/loaders are guaranteed to be what they are. The int/disc/str can change

Yeah idk what my grammar was in that comment. And I'm pretty sure the roll doesn't change every time you pull it out of the book, unless that was changed.

Stats change, perks don't. I used to think that they didn't, until someone told me otherwise, and I decided to use all of my legendary marks on getting a 96% roll.
