Hi,
Some achievements are tricky to unlock, try this:
-In Destiny is open go to settings
-Change profile (next to where you change characters)
-Log out of your profile
-Log back in to your profile and select the character that completed the achievement

Why my flawless raider was done on 360 but it wont show on xboxone? do i still have to go flawless on xbox one in order to count??

From my understanding yes you will need to do it on both.
