I know that TTK PlayStation exclusives will drop in on the Xbox One in fall of 2017, but when will it drop for 360? Same time? Earlier? Later? Cause if you say never, everyone on 360 would have a legit legal claim to sue under false advertisement, false sale, and obligation under contract.
*For those currently confused why the post changed sudden, it's cause part of my question was answered, Many Elitists didn't understand the post, and I am getting tired of getting trolled by elitists who want to have dick measuring contest with a girl, must have started with the worlds cruelest handy cap.

7 RepliesIf this makes you feel better. Xbox 1 wont be getting the exclusives either. Fall 2017 is D2 release. Bungie stated that they where going to do almost everything different with classes. Subclasses. Guns. So you have a 90% chance that guns dont carry over.
-
3 RepliesSince you've never been to law school and don't know about contract formation what so ever. Calm down. 360 and PS3 are never getting anything any more. Bungie announced this, meaning when they updated their terms and conditions I'm sure you simply pressed A to accept you in game expressly agreed to this fact.

7 RepliesI get what you're asking but to be honest, at this point, i wouldn't hold my breath. The content for the game has become so dissected its hard to know, or even guess anymore, at dates for specific content to drop unless bungie explicitly states it. Unfortunately, there is something in the eula (i think) regarding bungie reserving the right to change effectively whatever they want whenever they want which kind of hampers the likelihood of any legal action. The changing of fall 2016 to fall 2017 pretty much showed all players not blinded by console loyalty that none of bungie's promises are set in stone, so for that reason i would suggest you write off any chance of the exclusives appearing on legacy. Also, don't let the fanboys/trolls get to you. I think its a fair question to ask but, unfortunately, i don't think you'll get an answer.

4 RepliesNever. Get over it.

7 RepliesEdited by Defiler of sylok: 1/26/2017 10:51:26 AMOk for starters if you're an IT specialist you should know a bit more about software and hard drive storage... https://www.destinythegame.com/size-requirements Just for rise of iron it's 14 GB... you're saying destiny itself is only 20 gb...the collection version of destiny which is every DLC up to TTK takes 60 GB I think you're just angry and feel cheated and owed something that of which was subject to change and was never set in stone. I'm not going to sugar coat it destiny sent out warnings flyers app notices even live streams that said they were done with old gen consoles except some minor things. Not exclusive items. Also if you're an IT specialist (which I highly doubt) you'd have no problem buying a new console https://www.glassdoor.com/Salaries/it-specialist-salary-SRCH_KO0,13.htm considering the average makes around $68,000 a year but yet you "had" a job making $10 an hour on a 40 hour work week. The fact nobody has called you on your bullshit is funny by itself. But I'll leave this here. Oh btw before I go I bought destiny for $3 the other week on PS4 http://m.gamestop.com/product/ps4/games/destiny/110079 so how is it cheaper on old gen again exactly? Also the worlds fastest crota speed run was used with twilight garrison on Xbox BEFORE the twilight garrison patch which was 4 months before rise of iron proof? https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=3qjuUA4FvV8 boom. Every theory or argument you have has been discredited and I now pronounce you dead on these forums good night.

22 RepliesEdited by Blump: 1/22/2017 12:27:03 AMThe official statement is "Timed exclusive until at least Fall 2017".

11 RepliesIf you are currently on a legacy console and wish to Upgrade to current gen console the entire community recommends that you purchase DESTINY: THE COLLECTION. You see when upgrading several things happen. 1. Base game 2. The Dark Below dlc 3. The house of wolves dlc 4. The Taken king dlc 5. The Rise of Iron dlc For a limited time in year 1 there was a Window of opportunity to upgrade the digital edition of the base game (1.) for free without hindrance. Now things have changed. When going from 360 to xbone ONLY (2.) and (3.) will transfer for free without repurchase. (1.) and (4.) MUST BE REBOUGHT even if you have them already as their licenses do not transfer for free. (5.) Is exclusive only to current gen consoles. (4.) Must be purchased in order to play (5.). Destiny: The Collection will contain everything. If you're a dumbass like me and purchased (4.) on a last gen console the you are eligible for a 20$ discount for DESTINY: THE COLLECTION. It is called DESTINY: THE COLLECTION UPGRADE. which is a different entity in the marketplace so type in the whole name. Another thing to note that if you are game sharing with another account then only the account that actually BOUGHT the dlc will be eligible for this upgrade, buy with that account and game share normally. BUNGIE DOES NOT CONTROL EXCLUSIVITY RIGHTS. SONY BOUGHT THOSE RIGHTS. THE PS EXCLUSIVES WILL NOT BECOME AVAILABLE TO XBOX PLAYERS FOR A SECOND YEAR. IT WAS PREVIOUSLY STATED THAT WE WERE GOING TO GET THE YEAR 2 EXCLUSIVES THIS HOLIDAY SEASON WHEN RISE OF IRON RELEASED. WE WILL GET THOSE DURING THE END OF YEAR 3 WHICH IS 2017 FALL SEASON. As a result Xbox players will not get any access to Zen meteor, Jade rabbit, exclusive strikes, crucible maps and gear till this fall.

2 RepliesNot sure what you were promised by who. If you upgrade from Xbox 360 to Xbox One, the only things that come with it are Expansion I and II. There was a limited time where the digital edition of the base game would also transfer. TTK and RoI will not transfer over, and haven't. So you'll need to buy Destiny: The Collection anyway which comes with everything, the Base game and expansions I, II, III, and III. As far as timed exclusives, they're 'at least' 1 year from the release on PS, so, some things are more. https://www.destinythegame.com/sony-playstation-exclusives says the TTK and RoI exclusives are until at least Fall 2017, so may be longer. Yay loopholes.

4 RepliesI have most of those exotics on my xbox one. Legacy consoles were left behind last year, time to upgrade.

Edited by The New Age Gun: 1/22/2017 5:12:37 PMBased on your responses from the several other posters that responded to yours I see several things. 1. YES BUNGIE ARE REALLY BAD AT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, TRANSPARENCY AND GENERAL KINDNESS TO PLAYERS. And I understand your frustrations. But.. 2. They don't owe us SHIT! With the release of ROI they dropped support of the 360 and PS3 we all know that. Hell I was stuck on 360 till the ROI dlc came out. And frankly I'm surprised they didn't drop legacy consoles sooner. 3. The exotics that you're claiming to be exclusive to PS players are in fact NOT! When TTK released on ALL platforms we we given access to ALOT of new exotics. But that thanks to data farming we discovered that 9 exotic armors we not released. THE 7 THAT YOU LISTED, twilight garrison and tarantella chest pieces. Thanks to a glitch twilight garrison and the tarantella chest pieces we able to be acquired early by players and as a result bungie released ONLY those two exotics to the entirety of the destiny community. The 7 exotics that you listed were in fact real but was never released to the public. THAT UNTIL ROI CAME OUT. THEY WERE NEVER USED OR OBTAINABLE PRIOR TO ROI DROPPING. 4. I don't know where you are getting your information but no one should have access to those seven exotics prior to the release ROI and no one on 360 OR PS3 should have access to them after ROI released. 5. I understand that bungie should care about their Xbox Community but this late into Destiny 1 it honestly doesn't even matter anymore. They got our money 3 times over they won. A majority of their team is working on destiny 2. Anything we get now is by their "good will"/ The Live Team. 6. The Dawn-Chaser?? The one exotic sparrow that was data mined around day one but was never released to the public?? How are they going to increase drop rates to an item that never existed? 7. I understand you're frustrated hell I was too when I realized TTK didn't transfer and I had to buy the same dlc twice and even more angry when they pushed the PS exclusive TTK items to fall of NEXT year but that shouldn't keep you from enjoying the game. 8. If you still want to keep playing destiny despite its mountain of short comings, when you get the chance and you are able to get an Xbox ONE, purchase Destiny: The Collection if you truly want all the dlc and the full experience. 9. EDIT: ""next gen consoles, and crucible till FotG DLC comes out this summer. Mainly so they can see what is wrong with their "visi"" "Thanks to an OLD leak we determined that there COULD BE another dlc titled "Forge of the Gods" at this point in time we don't know that to be true or real.

6 RepliesEdited by WoofinAintEazy: 1/22/2017 6:30:34 PMFor your Edit: Old gen systems are over a decade old, this game has a 10 year plan. It is completely unrealistic to assume a company is going to continue to support an outdated system when in doing so takes away from the development of future projects. The old systems just couldn't handle any more of the Destiny data, which is why increasing vault space always was an issue. If they continue to focus on older systems then they are ultimately screwing those with current gen from the future of this game. Only reason you feel people have "trolled" you is because you kept believing your story and sources when they were completely wrong. Edit: Also your post from earlier last year was NOT hidden from devs lol, come on now. It was highly unpopular because you had a single response to it, which will easily get pushed away.

I've seen no where stated that "Xbox 360" content will be available at a later date it says "Xbox" only which can and will be used as a loophole to make your "legit" reasoning of suing a company null and void. Just putting that out there..

4 RepliesLOL @ "handy cap"
-
5 RepliesNothing is coming to the 360 version. What you have is all that you are getting.
-
7 RepliesNever, they already said 360 and PS3 will not be updated anymore.
-
Cause if you say never, everyone on 360 would have a legit legal claim to sue under false advertisement, false sale, and obligation under contract.
False.
-
When destiny two releases. So basically when nobody is gonna play this game anymore
-
Legacy consoles will not be getting anything added to them after rise of Iron. Bungie told you this.
-
1 ReplyFor your edit: Seriously, grow up lol. Everyone understood your point, which was you simply misunderstanding exclusives. You now changed your "point" to how it's not fair that old gen gets left behind. No one is being an elitist, you just are being stubborn as hell. You already got restricted on another forum, claiming to be using your sisters account, so don't toss that bs around in here.
-
1 ReplyOh, so then you've read through Sony's exclusivity contract then? Clearly you must have if you are trying to make claims of what is and is not a breach of contract.
-
9 RepliesYou know I was going to type out this long thought out, explanation posting clearly demonstrating that the old consoles cannot handle the current iteration of Destiny (and ESPECIALLY the Siva Raid) ... but then I read your posts and responses to everyone else and realized you were not looking for a real answer but to just whine and complain because you feel entitled to a game that was developed 3 years ago, that you have spent countless hours playing with a very, very low cost per hour, and a console that in the tech world is in the dark ages. You do realize that the processor on both the PS3 and X360 are over 11 years old right? Try running a modern PC game on a PC with hardware as old as the last gen consoles and maintain 1080p graphics (or even 900p) and a steady consistent frame rate. You can't period .. and this is why the last gen consoles are being left behind; they simply CANNOT handle it, period end of discussion. The XB1 came out 1150 days ago and even at the original launch price of $550, if you would have saved up $0.50 a day since then ... you'd have more than enough to own the console ... and this is not even counting the cheaper prices and BF deals. I have a kid I treat on a regular basis, he wanted a new gen console and so he started cleaning pools and lawns in his neighborhood, about 3 a week; and he had his console before you.
