I haven't played it in going on three months, and haven't missed it yet. If I want PvP, I play Halo 5 Arena. I like balance and competition, not ... whatever the hell Destiny has turned into in the last year or so.

Pvp in destiny is about as balanced as alot of competivily played fps games around right now. The only difference is there's alot more weapon possibility as it takes longer to get those weapons.

Which is why the only game I play is Halo then I guess. Because this games PvP is ass in my opinion. I like raids, I like Nightfalls, I like strikes. I'd rather give myself a vasectomy with a rusty wood chipper than play the Crucible. I'll force myself to finish the IB bounties next week, and then I won't touch the PvP side of this game again. After I get all of my characters to 400, next week hopefully, I probably won't play the IB again either. It's a shame too. I really liked the Crucible for the first year or so of the game's life. But now, I can't stand it.
