As the title says I don't believe that high rof pulse rifles are the problem. As much as they are powerful they are outclasses by hand cannons. Only specific hand cannons like last word in extreme close ranges (which is fair enough) but also by eyasluna and the palindrome. These 2 hand cannons are destroy anything at close and medium ranges even high rof pulse rifles at medium range. The fact that they have so much range and are so accurate is where the problem lies. I think most people hate on high rof pulses too much (in comparison to eyasluna and palindrome). Yes they are very powerful but eyasluna is better than its exotic father which is crazy. All exotics should be better than all legendarys whether it be through being more consistent or offering game changing benefits. People need to realise that the main problem with the crucible is the 2 handcannons I mentioned and that exotics are being outclassed by legendarys.
