As he approached the area wherein your Forklift was located, he did slow deliberately and appropriately for conditions and did therein attempt to maneuver his white 2016 Aeon Glow around the obstacle, which was negligently, recklessly, and carelessly left in the middle of the highway by Defendant, Mr. Owner. As he proceeded to slow, Plaintiff was struck from behind by 5 other persons, who failed to stop in time to avoid contact with the rear of Plaintiff's sparrow. The aforementioned individual Defendants are named herein as Honeybadger69, xXAwesomeSauceXx, BeatYoMammaRealGood, NothinButLove4Ya83, and xxXIJustDooDoodOnYourJuJuXxx. Said impact to the rear of Plaintiff's vehicle was malicious, reckless careless and negligent, and did cause significant and substantial injury to the health, body and mind of Plaintiff, as well as extreme damage to the brand new 2016 Aeon Glow driven by Plaintiff. The impact would not have occurred, but-for your fork lift in the middle of a busy highway. As a result of the several impacts, Plaintiff was thrown violently from the sparrow and into a ravine, wherein he did combust and explode into oblivion. Fortunately, Plaintiff's ghost was able to revive Plaintiff, but not without permanent scarring and pain. Plaintiff is currently seeking treatment with several Clovis Bray physicians and we will provide the bills and pertinent records as they are collected. This Letter and Prospective Complaint is provided to you as a courtesy in lieu of a lawsuit, should you accept our terms for settlement within 10 business days. Time is of the essence. Plaintiff seeks anticipated medical specials of $1 million Silver in advance, to help defray the costs of health care - the residue to be converted to compensation for pain and suffering in addition to $5 million Silver.
