In destiny there are bans and restrictions. Bans are permanent, while restrictions are temporary. Bungie [b]will not discuss or overturn bans or restrictions under any circumstances.[/b]
Please keep in mind [u]poor and unstable connection[/u] does qualify for a restriction, or ban in serious occasions.
No player is banned or restricted based on reports alone, every user is thoroughly investigated before action is taken on there account:

If you pay more attention to the osiris and it is easy to prove that it falls to the ground the great work done to analyze players. It is easy to identify, but it is difficult for you to act on the right players, so you choose at random. I am truly disillusioned.
