The light level should be level 3 though. [spoiler]so no one that's 340 gets a 400 primary[/spoiler]

I mean i dont see the issue with say a 340 getting a 400 primary they still have to level up all their gear and its a 1 time event

Still, that would be a massive advantage, maybe make it so that it is the average of the players light levels combined?
