SBMM Needs to go
I have played 8 games this morning trying to win ONE! I had above a 3 KD and no wins.. wonder why? You give me fn potatoes on my team.. 1 guy all morning has went positive

For the people saying i need to capture the zones in zone control -
Why should I capture the zones if all my team is doing is dying while standing in each and every zone. Im trying to keep them off a zone. In a game i held the WHOLE entire team off B for half the game. If the other team is dead they cant capture zones. Ill continue watching as idiots on my team get all together in a zone, then run in a straight line to the next zone. Some of you have no clue how to play zone control or control in general.. yall continue trying to capture C while holding A and B.

31 RepliesDoes anyone know how it actually works? Like is it based off running stats or does it take immediate games into consideration? Sometimes i feel like when i do really well and get a shit ton of kills and above a certain KD a few games, usually ending up top player, the next few games i get thrown into are super sweaty and against full fireteams. And then, when i do fùcking awful and get like a .2 kd for like 5 games in a row, itll throw me back into a match agains people with no thumbs and i stomp the shit outa them. Rinse/repeat. Anyone else have this happen? Or am i just bi polar with my shootin skills?

I get the same exact thing when I play solo. If I don't try my heart out and Carry then I'm most likely going to loose. Every game feels unfair from the start. You shouldn't have to play with a full team just to get a dam win here an there in normal PVP.

1 ReplySbmm isn't as active in control anymore. Idk what mode you're playing, but I remeber them saying they were changing sbmm in control a bit to focus on connection first then skill.. I think at least that's what I recall

They only way to overcome it is by playing on a stacked team or going ham as a solo player(getting a little lucky aswell).

Edited by michael: 11/3/2016 12:05:21 AMskill based matchmaking seems to only work on my enemies and not my team tbh. i have screen shots of losing skirmish games to teams of 3 when my k/d in that match was higher than any of the people on the other team and yet still lose by, like, a thousand points because i get matched with watermelons. sure im no absolute beast out here with my 1.2ish k/d but i at least expect to get teammates who can get more than half as many points as me. like is that too much to ask

3 RepliesI'm fine with sbmm or whatever. I just hate the God damn latency. It ruins pvp for me to the point I don't even want to play it. It's not fun for me to go in and die because my mida takes 6 headshots to kill someone while theirs takes 2. It's not fun to shoot someone in the back from point blank a shotgun, they turn around and shotgun me from further with a worse shotgun and get the kill. Then it says my team loses because the other team was better. No. That's not what happened.

It's easier to say that sbmm affects it than taking responsibility for poor coding. BUT, assuming that there actually is a sbmm element involved it's obviously not working. Hell, if anything I'd say that we had less lopsided matches back when they claimed that we only had cbmm. So yeah, get rid of it (again, assuming it even exists). Also, you can never have sbmm in playlists that mix teams and solo players and where JiP's are forced.

I am sick of the bs as well. I am consistently matched against 5 and 6 man fireteams, with everyone sweating and trying their ass off. Doesn't matter what time or day it is or what game mode it is. When I play Trials its the complete opposite, I don't understand the logic behind that process. You'd think it'd be the other way around. #BungoVision

My last game everyone on the opposition and one guy on my team lagged out and me and the other guy were stuck on the map with nothing to do but wait and cap zones. Weirdest game ever and I doubt that it would've happened with cbmm
