Did you already own Rise of Iron and have a level 40 spark of light before you bought the Collection?

I owned Rise of Iron already but I did not get a spark when I originally downloaded it.

You can try restoring your license but unfortunately I don't think you'll get one from the Collection. The spark of light is once per account no matter how many times you purchase Rise of Iron. So the game will already think/know you got a spark when you originally bought Rise of iron. When you bought Rise of Iron originally the spark would have appeared in your account on September 20th when ROI was released or after that date depending on when you bought ROI. It would have been in the postmaster of the first character you logged in on.

Yeah I kinda figured but thought I'd try. I got a refund from Microsoft on the product as I only bought it for the booster. Thanks for your help though.
