Red bar is no reason to get banned, cause everyone has a red bar every few games

If you red bar for more than a few minutes a match and don't leave that's cheating in my book so those people and the team they're on should all suffer. We've all had our connection dip into red but it's always coming back to at least high yellow at the worst. These people stay red for 5 games without leaving.

Nobody gets banned for having a red bar every now and then. People complain about how supposed cheaters don't get banned all the time- it's because the requirements to get banned are incredibly high specifically to avoid accidental bans. With that knowledge, we know that every ban did something. That is why there is no appeals process. We've gone through this with every Halo game as well. Back then we could easily check their record ls and find ban worthy stuff and they'd constantly be humiliated in the forums once uncovered. It's harder to do in Destiny, but alas.

consistent and perpetual red bar is cheating, occassional can be from any number of fluctuations.. Also those who have a very unstable internet are also cheating.. we live in 2016, there is absolutely no reason the player base shouldn't expect to have a stable internet connection with other players. If you don't have a stable connection, you are either manipulating your data or you shouldn't be playing pvp in the first place.
