Increase skeleton key drop rate
I farm strikes 24/7 in destiny, put in over 200 hours ever since rise of iron. and i have got 6 skeleton keys. I want the satisfaction of opening the chest and getting good loot but i can barely even be able to open it because of the skeleton key drop rate. bungie pls increase.

if the drop rate increase like get one every strike, Bungie rather remove them keys and we just open the chest with out it, bruh you have to work hard for it..nothing impossible

Well looks like your going to have to farm some more. If you haven't already noticed bungie tends to cater to the weak so untill they change it your going to have to farm.

5 RepliesThis is what really needs to happen. Make the key drop rate the same as the legendary drop rate in crucible matches. Both drop up to 400 light and in my opinion they are the same duration roughly so in a way, they are the equals of each other, only one is PVE and the other PVP. This way, no matter which activity you prefer, you get up to 400 LL stuff at the same rate.

And you will get bored as soon as you hoard every item like a child and cry there is nothing left to find. Online games with loot arent meant for completionists if they dont understand that they cant get every item by putting in X amount of time. Did you play Halo with expectation of getting some loot chest at the end of every level or did you play because the game was fun?

Yeah and also I really want that shader u can get. I've opened it up with the only two skeleton keys I've ever got and I still didn't get it. All my friends got it on their first try

also Bungie should add it to the crucible rewards loot table, nightfall strike should guarantee one skeleton key per nightfall per character and Anchor Forge should have skeleton keys as rewards too.

1 ReplySure for someone who doesn't have time to do the raid high light blues are good but they only go so far. I get a key just as much as I get an exotic from 3oC which is closer to never. Yeah I get it new way of getting old gear cool, but it's taking away from the "fun" of farming strikes.

1 Replyjust get rid of the damn chest and key thing altogether. I have gotten 5 keys total since ROI... that is ridiculous. Bungie said something about getting 2 keys in Heroics and 1 key in SIVA Crisis... I got 1 key total this week... 1 last week (and used it to get Thorn) ... and pretty much 1 every week since. Let's make RNG locked behind a Timegated RNG... dumb.

Yeah fix the rng of loot too ffs. My last 5 runs in a row of omnigal have been omnigal bands. Not kidding. Such a waste of time like more and more things in this game

Please do increase. Countless strikes run since the iron banner drop, and in all have only received 3 skeleton keys.

Took me 8 keys to get the sniper. Have had 3 weapon drops. 2 where shit perks at current light level
