To the Mentor, have you tried forwarding this to the Bungie since it is an issue, is a problem, and is bordering against being illegal? Yes, the Silver is an in-game currency purchases with real-world money, but when that conversion gets nothing when it's supposed to get something, that opens up for a wider range of complaints, some of which can lead to legal issues. This is something you really may want to forward if you can.
