My review of the Iron Banner weapons.

SO with the closing of this weeks Iron Banner players have gotten the chance to score some gear. After grinding all week I managed to get my hands on every weapon but 1, The fusion rifle... I will list the weapons and give a brief review of the weapons (keep In mind this is how I see the weapons). But I want to hear what others think and which weapons you liked the best. Primary The Unbent Tree Auto Rifle: As a PVP auto rifle this weapon can be total trash or a gem in the right hands. After getting about 10 of these little bastards. I managed to get a baby Suros Regime. Extra stability and Focus Fire. in a mid range map this weapon can hold its own. (if you have trouble with kick this weapon is not for you.) Only thing I didn't like about this weapon was the low impact. If you want this weapon go for one with a damage modifying perk like focus fire or glass half full. The Clever Dragon Pulse Rifle: This pulse rifle is awesome. with the right roll can be a beast. I got one with extra stability and target acquisition. with a set of gear that increases reload speed for pulse, this weapon is a great choice. the kick of this weapon and mag size are very manageable. The only problem I had with this weapon was choosing the best sight. I found myself changing a lot. on the fly. The Lingering Song Handcannon: When I first got this weapon I was a little skeptical about it. After using it for about an hour my mind was blown. I managed to get one with target acquisition and rifled barrel. with 1 head shot and 2 chest shots you can bring an opposing player down. every so often though I did notice that a player will be hit with the 3 shots but still be alive, not sure way this is but I will look into it. There isn't anything I really don't like about this gun other than the fire rate but the impact makes up for it. The Distant Star Scout Rifle: This weapon Is a god of Scout rifles with the right set up. Fastest fire rate with great control. Id even go a step further as to say its the legendary Mida. I love the full auto perk I got on mine takes out human error for fast fire, and the impact is great. I only managed to get one of these guys cant wait to grind next month to see other perk drops. Secondary The Proud Spire Shotgun: This shotgun...... well out of the 10 that I got it makes for great light level boosters. I just didn't really like this shotgun and have much better ones to use. If you ask "Deidris", My comment will probably get "Retort"ed, lol The Branded Lord Fusion Rifle: Cant really give a review on this one other that it sucks to be shot by it. seems to have a nice fast charge rate. This is the only weapon I didn't get. The Binding Blaze Sidearm: I have only used a few sidearms To include the Dregs Promise. This Sidearm is vary good In a flash. The impact is very nice. Numerous times I found myself in a situation were I was engaged and had to finish off another player with this little devil. I don't really have any feed back as far as perks seeing how I don't really use sidearms to much but feel free to chime in. The only other thing I really didn't like is this thing has more kick than my hand cannon. This really makes no since, maybe its something Bungie will look into. The Laughing Heart Sniper Rifle: This rifle is great. Id say a cross of 1000 YRD start and PaT, minus the clocking of course. Little to no kick. great perks from what I have seen other players get. I got one with faster reload and Target acquisition. Only thing I didn't like is the scope wish it had the 1000 Yrd stare sights. Heavy Weapon The Titanium Orchid Rocket Launcher: This launcher is just like any other launcher to me really. Looks really cool and has a really good draw time. I did manage to get one with hand grenades and horse shoes and a velocity increase, which really made this launcher a great fit. Only thing wrong with this the blast radius is wrong. you can fire a rocket within 5 feet of a player and do minimal damage. The blast radius in the states is not matching with the damage being done. I have a ash Factory that has less blast radius according to states and yet I can make the same shot and ether kill the player or hurt them enough to were they will run or I can shoot them with primary. The Silvered Dread Machine Gun: This Gun Is a PVP beast I love mine. This gun really reminds me of the Corrective Measure with a more stable fire rate. Only managed to get one with not so great perks, but the one I have got will do for now. Id love to get one with Crowd control. All in all I really like the changes that Have been made with this last Iron Banner I love that the bounties now give rewards, and also the quest as well. I wonder if the quest will be a one and done kind of thing or if every month the Iron Banner will offer some kind of quest line. The weapons and gear are also a great addition. Let everyone know hoe you feel about this past Iron Banner, What you would like to see stay and see go. Let everyone know how you feel about the weapons and gear. Wrote this last night late....
