Three of Coins are still working as intended - they don't give you a guarantee that an exotic will drop after killing an ultra or completing a Crucible match, but an increased chance.

No they aren't working as well as they have the past years. Trust me all that I ever buy from xur are three of coins and I have every exotic weapon and armor for my Warlock, Titan, and Hunter. And I've gotten all these from farming the black garden constantly and it's taken less than a few months to get all of the Exotics that are available via random drop. And it never takes more than 10 three of coins to get one exotic engram prior to the last couple weeks. I know this for a fact. Now it is taking approximately twice as many three of coins to receive 1 exotic engram. I tested it today

That's like saying all natural is all natural. If it raises your chances .0000001% it's really not raising it enough to do anything other than to get more people to play in hopes that your false advertisement was actually honost. If you can't tell us how to use them you should at least show the respect and decency, that the players who made you what you are, deserve. I should NOT be able to use 50+ 3oC and not get anything. I do not have all day everyday yo farm like most people. I tried two days ago, spent two hours looking for a siva offering, went to orbit 4 times to reset the game world. Never found one and ended up giving up because yall made me feal like an idiot fishing in a pothole.

As a side note, do you know how the stacking effect works on 3oC? Someone on another thread vaguely mentioned that they "don't stack as you'd expect" and it left me a bit confused.

Three of coins work. I received one last night. How are you using them? Here's exactly how I use them in great detail. 1. Use three of coins. 2. Complete Crucible match or kill an Ultra 3. Repeat step 2. 4. Use three of coins. 5. Repeat steps 2 & 3. 6. Use three of coins, repeat steps 2 & 3. I usually get one exotic to every 5-6 coins used.

I woke up this morning having no patience for bogus answers. No matter how many coins I use I have not received one single drop since rise of iron. RNG or whatever you feel like calling it is broken
