"Requirements not met" for Rise of Iron

Is anyone else getting (in red letters) "requirements not met" for RoI when you scroll over the icon? I want to know if it's a bug on my end.

Requirement of being 2am PDT Sept. 20th has not been met. the content is not live. so you'll have to wait until then.
