Lightning grenades disappearing in crucible
It might be my imagination but I've had 4 or 5 lightning grenades just dissappear, I throw them I see them launch but nothing happens , it's intermittent though

I've thrown one at a player in crucible and it out right killed him without activating.

They disappear in pve as well if they land too close to an enemy.

Me too. Also shoulder charge ghosting through enemy team members. Have had my team members witness it multiple times - so I know I'm not crazy here. I also have been shoulder charged by an enemy team player and he simply sent me flying back without doing damage to me. He was as confused as I, as we both just stood there for a moment looking at eachother...
