My taken king content is gone on my taken king ps4 console.
I have contacted so many places to try to get this resolved with no luck. So I come here hoping for some answers. I have the taken king special edition console that came with the game plus all of the DLC. I updated my game to the new patch and now all my DLC for destiny is gone. I can't play crucible or buy rise of the iron. My light level is 311 so it represents my DLC and I also have armor from the taken king as well as the dreadfang sword. I just want to be able to play my game.. Sony told me I never purchased the DLC even when I offered to send them proof of my console and and trophies I've earned. Some things say I need to be level 40 to buy a specific item when I am. I just don't know what to do anymore. Please help.

3 RepliesI had the EXACT SAME THING happen on my xbox one! But what can they do? Nothing? They also say I have no proof and it looks like I dont own. Let me know if you get a solution, but it must be a destiny issue if it happened to ps and xbox

1 ReplyYou can try to restore your licenses, but if Sony isn't seeing the licenses on your PSN account I'm not sure how much good it will do.
