t-shirt code missing
Hello Bungie, I am having trouble getting my t-shirt. I have completed all the triumphs, and I looked at the page but couldn't find the code. I have not clicked anything to generate a code to my knowledge. I may have just not seen it, and its gone now. I haven't used any code, and still have not managed to buy the shirt.

I tried to look it up with my mobile app (Google phone) and on my Chromebook and nothing appeared. I am checking on my PC now and the message says 'Record book Complete' but there is no code and clicking on the Tshirt picture does nothing.

Hi all.. sorry for my bad english but i'm from Italy.. i have the same problem.. i have completed at 100% the book of MoT year 2 but in my personal page of MoT i can't view the code and and i can't even find the code in the mobile version (i use W10 mobile)... what can i do?

5 RepliesNo code on the moments of triumph for me either. I don't have an android device, so unfortunately I cannot see my code from the app (I've looked at the posts below). Any chance there is another method? I do remember having the code in the page, but I haven't purchased the T-shirt yet and I'd really like to :/ Thanks.

I had my code to redeem but I think i used it but never completed my order cause i was waiting and now I think I cant go back to finish the order cause I think the code is gone. I wish there was a way to re find my code cause its not like i completed my order but I hope you get yours

Yeah, same with me. I thought that it was just my problem, but now I see that it is a lot of people's problems. Lets all hope this gets fixed!! (btw I have checked the Triumphs section as well and no code was there)

I am having similar issues as well, I finished the triumphs last night but cant find my code on my triumph page. PSN id is JaeDunn.

Hi, Alexander_Poe Upon completing the Moments of Triumph, you should log on to bungie.net on your PC or Desktop device, click on your profile at the top right of your screen, then click "TRIUMPHS" tab in the sub category bar and the code should be there waiting for you to copy and paste on the bungie store.
