Idk if there is modding/exploiting going on, but I did notice myself lagging like a champ last night, and I almost never red bar. I was throwing fusion grenades on people's faces and watching them survive the explosion. I checked my multiplayer connection on xbox and it came back 55 Mbs down/65 Mbs up, 0 packet loss and 77ms ping. Still reset my router and xbox, and that returned me to greenbar, but I was still seeing damage failing to register and shots not landing that normally would.
