Yes, it's true that most anyone in Wisconsin will be able to out-drink you. It's a way of life here. It's the number one state when it comes to bars per capita and has 7 out of 10 cities in the top ten cities for binge drinking. I happen to live in the number 1 city, Appleton, Wisconsin.

Depending on the beer, that is not recommended. Look up proper Guinness pouring method. Im not a fan of that beer though.
