No, that's not the key. I met the necessary requirements back when the quest was available, I wasn't given the quest like I was supposed to. I asked Bungie for help, they straight up ignored me until the quest was no longer available. It's simply not fair, and the least they could do is acknowledge it. If someone wins the lottery and is given 5 days to claim the money, but the building they have to go to in order to do it refuses to let them in until the 5 days have already passed, how the hell is it the person's fault for allowing the 5 days to expire?

Since the Veteran's Tour quest expired in February 2016m there's nothing that can be done to restore this for you. You may not have met the initial qualifications for the quest, therefore you did not receive it.

The requirements were that I either be level 30 or have purchased both TDB and HOW expansions by 31st of August, which I 100% know I did. I had both expansions downloaded by that time, I've had the season pass since day 1 (limited edition, yo!). If that wasn't enough, I made sure to play through both of them about halfway through August of that year, way before the cutoff date. I DID meet the requirements for the VIP quest, but when the time came I was given absolutely nothing.

First, no, I didn't pick anything up from the kiosks. As for playing TTK before February 1st, I did that too and have solid proof I did. I have multiple achievements only available via TTK (Nightstalker subclass, King's fall raid, Wolves on Mars, etc.) that are clearly shown as being obtained in September and October shortly after TTK's release. If you want, I can even provide a screenshot.

I haven't heard of this issue from any players except those that obtained the rewards early. There were A TON of people that did it, because most people assumed that it was just a reward and could be obtained. I am also not accusing you of this, just pointing it out. I do not work for Bungie. I was merely speculating and participating in the conversation. e. for words and grammar and things.

Pre ordering TTK was never a requirement, it merely had to be purchased and played before the 1st of February in 2016.

(pointing out the one thing I didn't mention and thereby acknowledging I had already addressed the other two expansions), then when I say "I played it a few days after release", you retort with "So you didn't get TDB and HoW until after TTK was released? I knew it!" Despite the fact that you knew full well my statement had nothing to do with the previous two expansions. I got TDB and HoW LONG before TTK's release. I purchased the season pass with the Limited Edition just before the game's vanilla launch. I downloaded and played through both expansions before 31st of August. In addition, I downloaded and played TTK LONG before 1st of February 2016. Those are the requirements, I fulfilled them, I should have gotten Veteran's Tour but I didn't. Stop trying to twist what I say.
