Trials and iron banner is both challenging and fun but when you're against a warlock that just self res or just spawned in you one shot from a mile away and the warlock teabags you after graduation one shot from a melee that has the range of a sniper I say reduce the range by 15-20%
-
"It has the range of a sniper" Yep and the grenades have the blast radius of a nuke
-
-
No they shouldn't; Warlocks got great range Titans got damage Hunters got utility/range That's the balance
-
I'm a hunter main and I say no
-
No! Get out of here! You don't belong here!

Here we go again folks, another one that mains 2 Hunters crying for Nerf.
-
1 ReplyDelete that second Hunter and make a Titan. Then level up your Warlock and said Titan and get plenty of experience with them. The grass is always greener on the other side, friend
-
Hunter Backstab still procs from the front and can actually flop when hitting a guardian In the back but whatever.

Quality post

Their 'melee' is the only thing that makes them powerful.
-
10 RepliesI am a Titan main.. and i do not wish T-Rex arms upon anyone. So Let them have it. Sure they out range me by miles but its better to have 1 class with no range instead of 2 or 3. Only thing they should do is give maybe the striker a buff that when they have a charged melee the range is increased quite a bit.. im not saying Thunderstrike style but more like blink strike.
-
3 RepliesNo its the one good thing they have in close quarters. Theres no evades, no jumping off quickly, stabbing to go invis, smoke or AoE damage, no sunspots. The melee is designed to be the Warlocks counter to the other classes. If you're stupid enough to get into a melee battle with a Warlock, knowing it has the same range it has for the last 2 years then you're dumb an deserve death
-
5 RepliesIt's not the base melee range that's a problem...it's the the extended range on the Stormcaller melee that is a problem.
-
If our range gets reduced increase our melee attack speed, because yes we have range, but we melee slower then other classes unless we our using increase melee attack speed, but the situation doesn't change if you fight someone using that perk as well
-
'git gud scrub.' You don't even have a warlock so your whole argument is invalid. Warlocks aren't getting any evade abilities so their long melee lounge make up for it. You have to get used to playing according to classes. Hunters usually snipe, so stay away from lanes, titans usually rush, so look closely at your radar, and warlock usually use one or the other. Just stay away from them and your K/D will go up dramatically.

Increase it.
-
Nah. Hunters have ranged charged melee on 2 subclasses. I think base melee on titans and hunters needs an increase. Especially titans
-
IT'S CALLED BALANCE.

Edited by thepostaldave: 8/5/2016 11:04:56 AMHow would you know? You never even played a warlock
-
2 RepliesBut, warlocks are the slowest and have the least agility, hunters do extra melee damage with certain armor equipped, titans have shoulder charge and armor which gives the attacker damage when the attacker does a melee...........you have to look at everything and find balance, not just nerf and buff one thing you don;t like.
-
You just can't handle these hands!!!...
-
3 RepliesI miss when games couldn't be altered after release. It means developers had to get it right the first time. And "nerfing" wasn't an option so players got good.
-
7 RepliesNo. Should Hunter knife throw distance be nefed? Or the Hunter wombo combo? Or the Titan shoulder charge distance? Enough with the nerfs already.
-
6 RepliesYes, if not then buff the other melee ranges.
