I have not received no update nor a interruption screen saying that there will be an update or anything, I was currently in a strike at the boss and got the error code weasel, now I have gotten " You must be connected to Xbox Live in order to play Destiny." Someone please help me here!

its kind of amazing how consistent they are with shitting out bugged updates. its like they actually want them to be buggy.

It wont even let me past the menu and keeps telling me to go to help.bungie.net and there isn't anything that's helping me there

It is an update, most probably just a bug fix update. But hopefully there will be some other good stuff within.
