Same problem. Phone keeps saying it's downloading something for the app but won't ever finish. Can't access character or transfer anything. Tried on 3 different phones. Same problem.. WiFi working fine watching Netflix as I speak

5 RepliesIf anyone here is using a legacy console, it seems that we won't be able to access our accounts online pretty soon, I'm guessing this is what's causing the problem... I seen a text quickly pop up that read... "this profile is linked to a legacy console, you will no longer have access to your profile" Not word for word, I only had a split second to read it...

Same here; all day, it's just been telling me my Destiny account is not linked. No characters, no items, etc. Same for anything connected like Tower Ghost and Ishtar. So frustrating.

I am having the same problem. But it seems to only be certain accounts. My girlfriend can access her just fine.

Both the app and bungie.net show me as not having an account.
