Why did I start seeing universal remote in pvp

20 RepliesThey added it to year 2. It wasn't brought forward until recently. When TTK dropped it was stuck at 170 light.

It's 1 of the best shotgun because infinite ammo basically. Also decent range, it it didn't have that you would never see it.

But they began to fail. The skill level was rising. Their skill was no longer enough to win. They needed something.....hope. But where do you find hope when you're at home on the sofa? The answer lay right next to them. The remote. The power, the life source. Without it they'd have to get up and turn on the tv manually. They saw That remote as a god, a God that could turn their world on with a button, wait for it, without getting up! So what did they do? Desperate in their greed they converted to using their God in game. The universal remote. It has come and now.....now they have the ultimate weapon. Join them. Or get up.

7 Repliesbecause, it's good, requires little skill to use, has good range, and works well for players with NO TRUE skill. I love killing people using that weapon with my primary. Now, my overall K/D is low as I have been intentionally tanking matches. I got bored with trying to improve it. I am having more fun just randomly dancing in weird locations seeing how many people don't even notice me.

its the new meta... unviersal for primary then sniper for the secondary.. if you got flinch on your sniper your golden with the aim assist on snipers... they keep weapon tuning the game and its -blam!-ing it up bad for pvp

Its easy moda shotty , only people Ive seen use it its Stormtrance Warlock because of the Melee and Juggy Titans ... enough said , ill still run my Striker Titan with unstoppable

Its because of all the nerfs to special ammo. If you use a shotgun a lot you're likely to run out. But since unimote uses primary ammo you'll never run out.

Because having a primary shotgun paired with a sniper makes ever round that precision hits a 1 shot kill.

I never used it really in year 1. But started using it for fun in the week before TTK and was absolutely wrecking with it. Then some patches hit. But tbh I'd rather use my NLB

Just wait...you think you see some now in the crucible??...in a couple of hours iron banner starts...when that starts your curiosity will turn to hatred which in turn fuels the dark side...and the consequences of fueling the dark side leads to nerf posts...lol

It's better than it was before. I'm too lazy to read every single weapon's nerfs or buffs, and I stopped playing Destiny for a while (I am again now), but it seems to be better.
