Gynecomastia: enlargement of a man's breasts, usually due to hormone imbalance

Gynecomastia normally occurs in teenagers going through puberty, and dissipates in later teenage years. However, if you're older and still struggling with what's commonly referred to as "puffy nips", I have some advice for you.
Testosterone is the cure to gynecomastia. Gynecomastia is caused by an excess of estrogen, an otherwise female hormone, which is brought to us by the foods we eat. It is more common in gamers because we normally eat and don't go outside much. If you have a strong level of testosterone, chances are you [i]don't[/i] have gynecomastia.
So, what are some [u]natural[/u] ways of increasing testosterone?
1. Take in vitamin D and zinc more often, studies have shown that almost 60% of American society has deficiencies in these.
2. Get your SLEEP! I'd recommend buying "black out" curtains from Walmart. Your sleep needs to be uninterrupted and last for 8-9 hours. The reason for this is that testosterone gains begin to occur in later hours of sleep.
3. Start LIFTING! Studies have shown that basic resistance training increases T levels in males.
4. You are not eating enough GOOD fats. Eat monounsaturated fats (olive oil, avocados, peanut butter), polyunsaturated fats (salmon, walnuts), and SOME saturated fats (steak). These fats increase testosterone. Stay AWAY from transfat.
5. Start SPRINTING. Gain muscle, burn fat. A part of gynecomastia is fat, duh!
An easier but more expensive method is getting gynecomastia surgery, which can range from 5-10k depending on your area.
