I agree that low ROF high impact PR like Red death should be able to two burst kill but all Pulse rifles need a buff ( except the High ROF PR like grasp of Malok ) and Noooo ! Hawkmoon only needs a stability buff and slight range increase but in year 1 it could 1 shot head kill lol

Agreed, except the two burst part. Was doing the 6 pulse rifle kills part of Shaxx's Crucible quest and was shocked at how weak PRs are right now.

Grasp and hawksaw are some of best pvp weapons not weak by any means

But once your outside that particular PR type, it's a long drop.

haha true. I got a couple of those pre-TTK... Nonetheless I'd take a year-1-ish HM minus the 1-shot potential
