My kiosk seems to be messed up lately also. Before I gave destiny a break a couple of months ago, all I was missing was the void sword. Now I am missing black spindle, void sword and super good advice. Even tho I have super good maxed out on one of my toons and just got another last week.

For example if you look at this picture attached the guns highlighted are year 2 exotics this person has unlocked, the dull guns are guns they can buy because they had the year 1 version, and the engram icons are ones they haven't unlocked and require discovery so they will remain like that until they either decrypt and exotic engram or complete a quest line. The above picture is not mine it if pulled off of a website found using a Google search to provide a visual representation of the exotic weapon kiosk.

The blueprints don't unlock until you have discovered the weapon. For instance, you can not buy a Suros regime until you 1) get it from an exotic engram, or 2) have it from year 1 or a year 1 engram. Then it will unlock in the exotic blueprint kiosk and you will be able to purchase one is you need another or accidentally dismantle the one you decrypted.
