I'm really hoping its not another fallen or hive/taken dlc. I want a cabal dlc already. I'm reading its fallen, but nothings confirmed so I'm still holding hope

Probably Fallen themed, I expect D2 to be more of a cabal based game as we did have the whole SOS signal to the Cabal emperor.

I wouldn't to be honest, Kotaku confirmed a fallen themed raid so I expect it to be a fallen based DLC. Also, Saladin is standing outside of the cosmodrome which is fallen territory. Hope is good, for D2. For this DLC I think it sets you up for disappointment my friend.
