This place was the shit when I was in high school 12 years ago. Now there's not much it can give me in terms of entertainment because the user base is mostly high schoolers. Traffic has also increased to the point that threads are kicked down to the second and third page in minutes. That used to take hours. Not really for me anymore but I like dropping by to see how things have progressed

  • Yeah, it's a bit hard to keep up with the changes when you come from a different time. We need more users from the old days to bring forward everything that made such times what they were - even if it's only by posting here or there. It's good to see old faces like yours come around. :)

  • It's hard to stay when they drive you out for not playing their newest game. Am I going to have to buy Destiny 2 just to post here like they did with the first game? Bungie isn't the fun game studio it used to be. It's a corporation, the same as any other big name studio. There's no unique personality anymore. There's no reward for being a loyal follower. And the forums are nothing more than Reddit. I'd say I've grown out of touch with the video game world, and certainly Bungie. They just aren't the same.
