Monte Carlo+ Skullfort+Stormfist's Amplify= Fist of havoc until the end of time.
Does anyone else run this set for the striker? It's beautiful.
Edit: there is a lot of random condescending attitudes here. It's almost like I didn't have the Monte Carlo year 1. It's weird, I must have been playing on Xbox.
Edit 2: for clarification, this is for PvE. Not PvP. It probably wouldn't get you too far in PvP.

1 ReplyBump for later

2 RepliesDon't listen to the haters man sounds like fun imma try it later.

I prefer Armamentarium and Lightning Grenades, multikills are a lot more common and give you such a huge advantage even if they only get hit by one burst.
-
1 ReplyYou just realized this?
-
20 RepliesWhy in the hell would you make a striker setup for pve? Striker is terrible in pve, as are auto rifles.
-
48 RepliesFor Warlocks: Monte Carlo + Claws of Ahamkara on a Sunsinger = Unlimited Flame Shields (Add Viking Funeral for extra damage) You can also do this on a Voidwalker with Soul Rip (Energy Drain kills recharge Super) for faster Nova Bombs. For Nightstalkers: Monte Carlo + Sealed Ahamkara Grasps + Envenomed Smoke Bomb = Extra Wombo Combos (or Vanish if you prefer) Defender Titans: Monte Carlo + No Backup Plans + Shotgun of your choice = constant Force Barriers (Overshield)

Been saying that for god knows how long it is a beast of a build.

Once I finally go back to striker, I'll try it out.

28 RepliesI gotta stick with my Armentarium. The double grenades are too good to pass on.

5 RepliesEdited by Himalayan Salt: 5/6/2016 11:22:47 AMTry this on Gunslinger (or modify it for any subclass). Full intellect Full discipline No strength Monte Carlo Knives return after precision kill (Optional) Young Ahamkara's Spine = Abilities all the time

1 ReplyI've not tried it but I've used eternal warrior plus bad Juju that's a pretty quick super charge filler.
-
1 ReplyWhy run Monte Carlo and not bad juju for endless supers? I mean, I get the skull fort + Monte Carlo, but that would be super good for melees not supers right?
-
5 RepliesEdited by Swiftlock: 5/7/2016 3:00:14 AMConsidering how Fist of Havoc hardly tickles tough endgame enemies, I'm not seeing what all the hype is about. No Backup Plans + Monte Carlo is way more ridiculous since you can keep abusing the crap out of Force Barrier.

Skullfort? Drat! I broke mine down for Exotic Shards!

23 RepliesNo but I can't express how grateful I am since you revealed your beastly secret. Mmmwhahahaha. Awesome tip for sure. I will def try this tactic out once I'm off work and headed home to slay some aliens. Random question but do you know what "skating" is? I have seen the term on the forums but have no clue wtf it is. Is a sparrow involved???

10 RepliesI like to use my PTSD inducing paddle.

4 RepliesI did for a long time in PvE, before Sunbreaker landed. Now it just seems silly, unless you're doing something incredibly low risk, like patrol. Not sure Striker actually has a point in PvE anymore, outside CoE where having a melee super appears to be in the rotation. Sad, because it was my favourite Titan class for ages :/
-
53 Repliesyou can slide and then shoulder charge too but I'm not sure how many people know.

Nah bro go with force barrier, then use high strength + relentless + unbreakable. In crota's maze I was able to keep force barrier up for 17 minutes.

Edited by T1angel1ce: 5/6/2016 4:37:45 PMI see this making mundane ass dailies and Heroics much more entertaining for me. And as a Striker main, I appreciate you. Edit: I imagine maxed out intellect wouldn't hurt either

3 RepliesStep 1. Acquire sniper with Surplus perk (Hakkes can roll it) Step 2. Acquire Ruin Wings Step 3. Use both at the same time Step 4. ??????!!??? Step 5. Profit. You're welcome

I figured this out the other day. So fun.
