I like scout rifles... a lot... like... more than a friend.
I just got Hand of Judgement. It reminds me of Fang and that makes me happy. Unfortunately, I got the "scopes that are useless for all situations" version. It's got Focus lens FLA5 and Red Dot-ORS1. I would consider both of these to be slow, precision scopes that might be decent on patrol but are far to slow for anything else. I started to aim at a guy who was in the process of capturing the spark and he had already ignited our rift by the time I was fully ADS'ed. That's really true and not hyperbole and you should just go to the next sentence without considering the validity of my last statement.
Usually guns like this would have a third scope to spice up the choices. I've noticed a lot of new guns only have two. I thought we were trying to avoid redundancy in the armory and I can't think of a better way to do that than increasing the number of things you can change on a gun.
Edit: A better way to write the title would maybe have been "Why can't all guns have three first-column choices?" A think a dude thought I was asking for actual scopes on hand cannons.

4 RepliesOnly guns with good enough range need scopes/sights. A handcannon would look awful.
