Cuz you have to hold square for about 5 seconds. In a sense it was your fault for not paying attention. Next time look at the item before buying.

Even if you look at the item, it won't tell you if you're not level 40. Yes, it was entirely my fault, but I also think the system could be better. Thanks anyways.
