In the time it took you to post this in the destiny forum, you could have posted about 5 help needed posts in the recruitment section. Not to be rude or anything, but just pointing out how easy it is.

I understand that, I just prefer not asking for help. I only take part in activities that I can complete solo, aside from a few strikes and games of crucible each week for the sake of marks. I'm not really asking for help with this post, I only wrote it as a way to vent my frustration, and for insight into why people have so much trouble leaving the wardens alive long enough to complete the strike properly. I appreciate the sentiment, and I know it would be much easier to get a group to do it, but after getting the first sword solo, and knowing that it can be done, I would only turn to recruitment as a last resort. Different strokes for different folks.

Optional matchmaking would be great, but people have been asking for that for over a year now. If i want to attempt to solo something then i should be able to. Anyway, I'd gladly help you if you're on xbox one. I'll be on in a few hours.

Personally, I'd be all for optional matchmaking for everything. The key word being optional. I feel more comfortable playing destiny solo, even though it's meant to be a social game, it's just what I prefer. Having optional matchmaking would be wonderful - having the choice on whether or not you want help for that activity. Maybe one day. Anyway, I appreciate the offer, but It's almost midnight where I am so I'm calling it a night. If I don't have any success with the strike tomorrow, I may take you up on your offer if it's still there. Thanks again.
