Not sure. If you can land a Red Spectre with something like, say, Hand Laid Stock and another stability upgrade, it may be. But ultimately the base model for RedSpectre suffers from the same limitation that Doctrine has: good damage, but very poor base stability. The Doctrine stioll kicks some major ass, tho.
