Did it last night while also carrying someone who's only been in the raid one other time. She just started the game. It didn't really feel that much harder than before. If you know what you're doing its still as easy as before.

The VAST majority of teams were asking for 320+ only. It was predictable. The same happened with Crotas end and VOG when house of wolves came out. But it was no less pathetic. I just hosted my own. Got it done.

I normally go with 315+ only to indicate they have done enough raids to not need hand-holding. Unfortunately that means after a few weeks that would need to bump up the over 320 level (not sure about 325+ though). However, if you have a team of all 317-320 you will run through the raid easily (as long as everyone knows what to do). Which is paradoxical since you are doing the hard mode to get higher level gear in order to do something that doesn't require higher level gear.

I saw a 320+ after the update. Before; 315+. Like 320+ wtf that's the stupid shit for hard mode raid. What I guess they'll ask for 315+ Normal mode raid.

there is nothing wrong with wanting high light level people to do the raid in a timely manner. if you don't like it make your own raid team. its that simple.

My favorite is the random numbers I saw a few 317+ and 318+ as if the host were the new standard to go by. It also makes me laugh when I see the same for kd's for trials recruitment. Who the hell made you the keeper of standards. But yes most of those groups are just bad.
