You actually think they play the game haha everyday at work all they do is see it when they go home the last thing they will want to do is play it.

that's not really a fun way for a dev to live, i mean if you created something would you not like to enjoy the fruit of your labor? i know i would and i would prance around in my creation just looking at all the people sharing my creation with me. while there may be a few bad eggs letting them spoil the whole pot for a dev is just plain dumb.
