How do I get legendary gear and weapons quickly including engrams
I really need to get to 290 light so I can do kings fall

Play the game.

-Do a lot of strikes to get engrams (remember to equip your highest light gear when decrypting engrams because the rewards scale with your current light level) -Stay tuned for the Iron Banner, it can be grindy but the reward packages at rank 3 and 5 are worthy. Especially when you're low level. -Don't forget to join a faction. -Do daily missions and daily crucible matches to get marks and buy gear with the vendors.

Do the restoritive mind farm if you are on playstation with that farm you can kill him with a good team every 2min.

Play strike. Last day I did 6 strike and I got 4 or 5 legendary engram

11 RepliesFinish the story, 300 special and 300 artifact. Come april 12 match made prison if elders will drop 320 items. Also nightfall would help you maybe. Having 3 characters helps as well. Get more opportunities to get drops.

Do court of oryx for a while, remember to use your highest light gear when decrypting engrams to maximise the chance of better light gear.

Iron banner was the path I was forced to take to get high enough. I was stuck at 285 ish for a long time.

12 RepliesI have a question. I thought once 310 was reached it was guaranteed 310 exotic engrams. I've done a couple nightfalls lately and gotten 290 exotics from three of coins. Can someone clear this up for me?

Your light level is fine for normal with little experience,I would advise a scout rifle and a high impact sniper which will make life considerably easier for you the quest 1000 yd is more than adequate.

You can go through at 270 we pulled some one through last night. When we beat oryx he was 291

Weekly strikes will get you legendary gear. However, truth be told, you tend to get better light levels from Blue engrams.

we took a 272 through normal last night, and another 280... it was hard going on the totems and war priest challenge got a little fruity.. But if you can get a good team then its easily possible.. as long as the -blam!-ers can jump.. wow the jumping puzzle was like tbe hardest to get through

Basically use ur highest level what ever titan, hunter or warlok and graind pve n pvp until u every no matter is blue or exotic or legen weapons ....amors u get from drops...equip the highest level gears and continue grind for pve n pvp repeat untill u get to the level u wan....or esle seek help , clan , donation or pay pros to carry u out at high level mission.....ladt option wait for 12 april update and play again hope for new change.dude
