Wont happen
you can snap lfg in and create your own fireteam with your own standards now however

But that requires you to leave the game, which means that you have to spend a large amount of time which could be spent playing the game on your computer/tablet/phone looking for a match. At least with in-game LFG, it will be quicker and more efficent.

Not really, with transferring gear all you have to spend is 2 minutes sending gear over. Meanwhile the current state of LFG is that you must spend at least 10 minutes posting an ad, waiting for responses, reading through messages and inviting people, ussually posting another add and repeating the process before you get a team. It's an inefficent process.
