What is the best pulse rifle for pvp
Hey guys I'm trying to find a pulse rifle l like using for pvp. What pulse rifle do you think is a beast in pvp?

PDX 45 or Hawksaw. Pulses are soft now though.

5 RepliesHigh impact pulse rifles- complete garbage at all ranges and of no specialty Mid impact pulse rifles- best and only type if u want to be competitive and of worth, best at all ranges and the most consistent and reliable Low impact- great against noobs and slow players, outgunned easily by any good player and not as consistent The only reliable and consistent types now are the mid impact pulse rifles, horrible bungie testing limited gun usage greatly ~_~

The Hopscotch Pilgrim, Timepiece, or the Messenger were all Beastly. Key word being were.

The november weapon balance hit the slow firing pulse rifles pretty hard (they no longer 2 shot even with headseeker). You're better off sticking with mid-high to high RoF which can still 3-4 shot kill. Grasp and PDX-45 fit those archeotypes and the latter is much easier to get with a higher chance of getting the perks you want. I dont care what anyone says, the Red Death is still an amazing and viable pvp weapon. It may loose 1vs1 gun battles against faster kill time weapons, but instant regen will get you back into play quicker and save your ass in many situations. Its a matter of playing smarter and picking your battles.
