How good is a 250k Medal Score?

Not very good lol but medal score doesn't really correlate to skill. Even a bad player earns medals so if they play enough they can match any top tier players medal score eventually.

It's good if you are a mainly PvE player.

Not good or bad, just means you haven't played much crucible. You could potentially play once a year and be amazing or all the time and suck.
